RK 4CES is catering services such as SECURITY SERVICES, ON SITE STAFFING SERVICES, HOUSE KEEPING SERVICES, CONSTRUCTIONS AND INTERIARS, CAR RENTAL SERVICES, BUS TRANSPORT to the industries and govt bodies at large and small business firms in general.
Having tasted the success RK 4CES wants expand the business all over INDIA by appointing franchise partners to represent the products and services.
Every franchise will use the RK4CES profile to compete in the market and to participate in the govt. tenders.
In the expansion plan RK4CES has floated an another LIMITED COMPANY by name JAS FACILITIES LIMITED and wish to make to room for the business partners become the share holders and DIRECTORS of the company.
JAS FACILITIES LTD, will take over the RK4CES brand name and expand the business.
The chief promoter will have 51% stake in the company and balance 49% will be allotted to interested persons @ not more than 5%.
The individual becoming 5% stake holder will be the on the board of directors.
If any director is willing to serve the company, he will be given an opportunity on remuneration as per the prevailing rates in the industry.
INVESTMENT :
TO BE ON THE BOARD AS DIRECTOR OF THE COMPANY, the investment is Rs.20.00 lakhs.
RETURN ON INVESTMENT : 24% PER ANNUM WILL BE MINIMU ASSURED DIVIDEND, which will paid from the 2nd year onwards.
Locking period is 3 years. The Company will purchase the shares in case if any share holder wants to sell their shares.
SHARE HOLDERS :
Share value is rs.1000/- Any individual can purchase share in lot of minimum 10 shares.
RETURN ON INVESTMENT: Share value will increased by 14% per annum. Minimum locking period one year.
Locking period is 3 years. The will purchase the shares in case if any share holder wants to sell their shares.
IF ANY SHARE HOLDER WISHES TO SELL THE SHARE FOR THEIR PERSONAL NEED EVEN BEFORE LOCKING PERIOD. SHARES will be purchased by the company with a diviend of 12% per annum at any point of time with 3 months notice.
