Guards are trained in keeping the information secret safe guard in the keys sections lockers and prevention of sabotage RK4CES security personnel are wellversed and fully trained in first-aid and fire fighting during their training period.

RK4CES has a strong dedicated Mobile Petroling Officers who will visit the customers on a regular basis within interval of 3/4 days to check the guards position and the effectiveness.
RK4CES conduct regular surprise night checks to check the effectiveness of the security personnel.
RK4CES maintains surplus security personnel at it’s control room to meet the sudden absentism and the sudden extra requirements of its customer from time to time.
All the security personnel will undergo training in Refresher and Motivational classes once in a quarter.

RK4CES has a 24 x 7 help desk to meet and support the needs of it’s employees and customers. Most of the employees are working for more than 10 years which clearly establishes the job satisfaction and management care towards its employees.
RK4CES covers all its employees with ESI & Provident Fund and also with group insurance.
All the Mobile Petrolling Officers are interconnected with Motorola Radio Trunking with our CONTROL ROOM.

Terms & Conditions :
- The above rates are as per Minimum Wages Act.
- The above rates are inclusive of PF, ESI, Bonus, Leaves and other Statutory Compliances.
- Bills will be submitted by 1st or 2nd of every month along with attendance.
- Bills shall be cleared within 7 days from the date of submission of bills.
- Bills shall not be retrenched without our prior consent in writing.
- Uniform, Rain Coats to the guards will be provided by us.
- Accommodation shall be provided by the company to the security personnel.
- One-month bill amount shall be paid in Advance along with work order.
